A screen copy image of one page can be pasted into Google (Image) Translate and translated from Armenian into English (or another language) with both a JPG image and text file outputs.
This is the frequently consulted cooking bible for Ani and mom Isgouhi, but apart from the penciled in ingredient lists by Maria Atamian decades ago, it was impenetrable for bob. Book, and the Armenian recipe collection.] Isgouhi's mom Nartouhi's priest brother Thomas (?) introduced the Atamians to the mint on meat sauced spaghetti recipe that we frequently enjoy!
Thank you Hovig for pushing me to scan this cookbook a few years ago without realizing this possibility would make it really useful for us non-Armenian speaking extended family members!
